How packs work
What is a MOT Cards pack?
Each pack is a digital opening experience backed by a real, professionally graded card held in PSA Vault custody. When you open a pack you receive one card from that pack's disclosed pool, chosen at random at the odds published on the pack page. Every pack contains a real card with real market value.
Are odds really transparent?
Yes. Every pack page shows the outcome tiers, the probability of each tier, and the card pool. Each opening is one independent draw at those per-tier probabilities, then a uniform random pick among the eligible cards in that tier. Pools change as cards are pulled and restocked, and a pack shows as sold out if any disclosed tier has no inventory. Odds are statistical averages, not a guarantee for any single pack.
Do you ship cards?
No. Cards stay in PSA Vault. You can transfer any card to your own PSA Vault account at any time for a $3.00 per-card transfer fee, and from there request shipping directly from PSA under PSA's terms.
Can I open the same pack more than once?
Yes, subject to inventory and your account standing. Each opening is an independent draw.
Sellback explained
What is sellback?
After you open a pack you can sell the card back to MOT for instant wallet credit instead of keeping it.
How much do I get?
At opening, your offer is 90% of the card's Fair Market Value (FMV), and a 3.5% selling fee on the offer is deducted from every sell-back. The offer, fee, and net credit are shown before you confirm. The offer is fixed at the moment of the reveal and is valid for 24 hours.
What if I don't decide within 24 hours?
Nothing happens automatically. The card stays in your collection.
Can I sell back later?
Yes. Cards in your collection can be sold back at 85% of then-current FMV, less the 3.5% selling fee, during our daily sell-back window, 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM Eastern Time. The offer shown in-app at the time of sale is the one that applies.
When do I receive funds?
Sell-back credit lands in your wallet instantly. Withdrawals to your bank or debit card go through Stripe Connect, require identity verification, are reviewed by our team, and are typically released within 14 business days of approval. Minimum withdrawal is $1.00, limited to one withdrawal per 24 hours. Withdrawals under $200 carry a 3.5% fee; $200 and up are free.
Card values
Who sets card values?
FMV is based on market data from Card Ladder plus our internal pricing rules. It is an estimate used for sell-back offers and collection values, not a guarantee of what a card would sell for elsewhere, and it changes with the market.
PSA Vault transfers
How do I move a card to my own PSA Vault?
Verify your PSA Vault email once on your profile page, then choose "Transfer to PSA Vault" from your collection. We submit the transfer to PSA for your verified address. If there is no PSA Vault account for that email, PSA may create one. A $3.00 per-card transfer fee is charged to your wallet, refunded if the transfer fails.
Can I sell a transferred card back to MOT?
No. Once PSA confirms the transfer, the card is out of your MOT collection and sell-back is no longer available.
Account + security
How do I secure my account?
Use a unique password, never share credentials, and sign out on shared devices. We may require re-authentication for sensitive changes. One account per person.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Profile → Delete account. You will need to withdraw your wallet balance and sell back or transfer every card in your collection first, then confirm with your password. Deletion is immediate and permanent. Transaction, wallet, and withdrawal records are retained for 7 years as required by law; see our Privacy Policy.
