Accessibility

Updated: August 22, 2026

Max Options Trading Cards is committed to making MOT Cards usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies.

Conformance target

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the public website, account flows, pack purchasing, collection management, wallet, and support. The Services include rich media and real-time pack-opening animations; where an animated experience cannot fully conform, we provide a reduced-motion alternative and ensure the outcome, sell-back offer, and all actions remain available through accessible controls.

What we do

  • Design and review new features for color contrast, focus order, keyboard operability, visible focus, and form labeling.
  • Run automated accessibility checks in our build pipeline and fix regressions before release.
  • Respect your operating-system and browser settings for reduced motion and text size.
  • Prioritize fixes that block account access, purchasing, sell-back, transfers, or support.

Assistive technology support

We test with current versions of major browsers and common screen-reader and keyboard-navigation patterns. If something does not work with your setup, tell us.

Third-party content

Some flows use third-party components, including payment and identity verification (Stripe) and bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). We choose vendors that support accessibility, but we do not control every aspect of their interfaces.

Feedback and accommodation requests

If you encounter a barrier or need an accommodation, email support@maxoptionstrading.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line. Include the page URL, what you were trying to do, the assistive technology and browser you use, and how you would like us to respond. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 2 business days.
